100 Series Temperature Controls

HIGH ACCURACY, FLEXIBLE CONTROL, LOW COST!

The 100 Series redefines the standard for 1/16, 1/8 and 1/4 DIN Temperature Controls. With Input Scan rates reaching 5 per second, 18 bit input resolution and 15 bit output resolution as well as a fuzzy modified PID control provide not only the highest accuracy, but temperature control minimizing over/under shoot while maintaining fast process response.

The 100 Series can be configured with up to 3 outputs (2 PID fuzzy + alarm). A fourth output can be configured for RS232/ 485 Modbus or PV analog retransmission. The 100 series can also be equipped with an isolated transmitter power supply when the second control output is not required.

C Series Temperature Controls

Single Display, High Accuracy, Low Cost!

The C Series raises the bar for 1/16 and 1/32 DIN single display temperature controllers. The C Series can be equipped with up to 2 control outputs that can be configured as two PID + fuzzy or single PID + fuzzy with alarm. A third output can be configured for RS232/ 485 Modbus communications or process retransmission (retransmission on C21 only).

High Performance Temperature and Process Controls
300 Series Controllers set the standard for 1/16 through 1/4 DIN size controllers. Input sample rates of 5 scans per second and 3 inputs (Universal, CT or analog input and event input) come standard in the 300 Series.

18 bit D/A and 15 bit D/A offer the highest accuracy for industrial control applications. The 300 series can be supplied with multiple control/ alarm outputs and communications (or analog retransmission). The 300 series can also be equipped with an isolated transmitter power supply when the second control output is not required.

7L Series Limit Controls

The 7L Series Hi-Limit combination surface or DIN rail mount FM Approved controller designed to provide hi-limit protection to process applications. Setup is accomplished by simply adjusting the set point knob by hand.
