Standard Tip Forming System
This compact system with an Ameritherm 1 Kw inducting generator forms all catheter tip sizes from IV to Endotrachael tubes with minor tooling changes. Different die sizes can be changed in a matter of 1 to 2 minutes.

Quad Catheter Tip Forming System
Four tubes are simultaneously formed with this catheter tipping system. Different die sizes can be changed in a matter of 1 to 2 minutes.

  • Transfer unit, generator, and controls are mounted on the same base
  • Pneumatic transfer system

Dual I.V. Tip Forming System
Two I.V. catheters are simultaneously formed in this system. There is a touch screen for the control setting and includes a 1Kw Ameritherm generator. Different die sizes can be changed in a matter of 1 to 2 minutes.

Shuttle I.V. Tip Forming System
How it works: The operator unloads two catheters on one side of the shuttle and loads two more catheters while two are being formed in the other station. When the tip forming is complete, the system shuttles to the other side and the operator continues the loading and unloading process. Different die sizes can be changed in a matter of 1 to 2 minutes.

Hole Punching 

 

 

Standard Hole Punching System
This pneumatic system can punch various shapes and sizes of holes in either single or multi- lumen catheters.

Features and Benefits:

  • Holes can be punched in one side of the tubing or through both sides of the tube
  • Holes can be round, oval or skived
  • Punch Modules are quick changing for different size tubing and configurations
  • The system can be operated by foot switch or dual hand switches.

RF Hole Punching
Holes are punched using R.F. induction, resulting in a hole which is very smooth and has a radius on the outside edge of the hole.

Features and Benefits:

  • Two tubes are punched at the same time. The first hole is punched in each tube and the tube is automatically rotated 90 degrees and move forward as the second hole is punched.
  • Dual palm buttons for safe operating
  • System can adjust to accomodate different tubing sizes and different hole patterns

Special HP
This system punches 12 holes at a time: six holes at a time 90 degrees apart, through both sides of the tube.

  • Punches six holes, 90 degrees apart through both sides of the tube at the same time
  • Total 12 holes at a time
  • Four sizes of tube each have their own punch modules
  • Systems are customizable for any configuration

Custom Systems

Dual Shutter Foil Sealing Machine:  seals aluminum foil on both the inside and top of small plastic vials.

  • Features a 500watt Lepel generator
  • Completes two seals in less than two seconds
  • Shuttle system allows for loading and unloading while two additional vials are being sealed
  • Dual palm buttons for safe operating
  • Complete PLC controls

Tube Flaring System: flares small I.V. tubing over a needle guide

  • System utilizes a resistance heater
  • Available with either pneumatic or servo speed control

Housing Assembly Machine: assembles two halves of a housing which has a diaphragm inside the assembly.

  • The operator loads the two halves and depresses the hand switches
  • With controlled pressure, the halves are pressed together and the diaphragm is pressurized.
